The Gauteng Technical Nexus is a high-precision service network for air conditioning, refrigeration, cold rooms and ice machines across 315 mapped suburbs and 17 332 service nodes.

From a single midwall unit in a Sandton townhouse to a walk-in cold room in a Germiston kitchen, the Nexus scales to the equipment and the urgency in front of it.
Commercial operators rely on the Nexus for planned maintenance agreements with temperature log sheets, filter schedules and priority emergency escalation for cold rooms and ice machines. A failed Scotsman cuber on a Friday night is not a generalist call — it routes to a Scotsman specialist with parts stocked for the harvest circuit.
Residential customers get the same diagnostic standard on smaller systems: a Daikin split that has stopped cooling is met with pressure and superheat analysis, not a blanket regas. The aim is to fix the root cause once, document it, and leave the next technician with data instead of guesswork.
